On receipt of your complaint, we will acknowledge your case with a case reference number within two business days followed by a thorough investigation. A resolution shall be communicated to you within 14 business days from the acknowledgement date. If more time is required to resolve your case, we will notify you of the new timeline and provide you with an interim status update accordingly.
