Anthony Hoe, MA (Econs), CFA, CFP^CM
Head and Senior Fund Manager

Mr Hoe graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Economics of Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom in 1983. He has held the Chartered Financial Analyst charter since 1991 and also holds the Certified Financial PlannerCM certification.

He has over 20 years of experience in equity research and fund management. He was previously with OUB Securities, Citicorp Vickers, DBS Asset Management and NLI International. He was also previously with The Straits Times Press and DBS Bank.

He has managed funds for unit trusts, institutional and private banking clients and is experienced with both strategic and tactical asset allocations.

He has been with PhillipCapital since January 2002 and is the Head of Department of Phillip GEMS Department.

Yusua Agabus, BEng
Fund Manager

Mr Agabus holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical) from National University of Singapore. He has completed Level Three of the Chartered Financial Analyst programme.  He joined Phillip GEMS Department in November 2010. He was previously with Hewlett-Packard Singapore.

Irenne Gan, BAcc
Fund Manager

Ms Gan graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
She was previously with HSBC and has experience in the finance industry.

Lydia Tan, BSc(Hons)
Client Service Executive

Ms Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and a diploma in Biotechnology from Temasek Polytechnic.
She joined Phillip GEMS Department in December 2010 and provides operational and client support.

Lin Peijie, BA
Client Service Executive

Ms Lin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore and a diploma in Logistics & Operations Management from Temasek Polytechnic.
She joined Phillip GEMS Department in March 2012 and provides operational and client support.

Grace Chan, BA, DipEd
Assistant Manager, Business Development

Ms Chan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with Business from SIM University and a diploma in Education from National Institute of Education, Singapore.
She was previously an education officer with the Ministry of Education.
