Application Support Helpdesk – Senior Executive, Application Support

You will be responsible for managing resources to handle trading application and helpdesk support for the company and provide excellent helpdesk support for clients and end users. In addition, you are required to response quickly to systems outages and perform effective escalation process.   You will also be involved in projects which will contribute to the overall development of trading application infrastructure for the company
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies or related discipline
  • Applicant for senior post must possess at least 3-5 years of experience in supporting trading application, preferably within the financial sector
  • Basic IT troubleshooting skills
  • Good Analytical and organisation skills
  • Self-motivated individual who is able to stay focus on objectives and work within timeline
  • Client centric with good poise to meet the challenging demands of clients 
  • Able to work on rotational shifts to support the US trading hours
