IT Operations & Services – IT Support Executive

Responsibilities:

As an IT support executive you will be performing support and maintenance of in house systems and LAN/WAN. The job involves system monitoring audit log review, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure related problems. IT support executive is responsible for end user backups, manage and protect the end point devices by ensuring periodic update of security and patch updates. The  responsibilities include setting up Linux  servers,  storages and escalation of any IT issues to the IT manager
 
Requirements:
 
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer science/engineering with CCNA and or MCSE Certification
  • Should have minimum 2 years of experience in servers and desktop support
  • Ability to work effectively and independently within tight deadlines
  • Require to cover night shift occasionally
