Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Landlords on building management
- Negotiate for best rates, review/award contracts for suppliers on vendor management
- Perform three-way matching i.e. purchase order, goods receipt and invoicing
- Support facial recognition/access card processing
- Involve in mailroom operations and update of standard operating procedures
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- 3 years of administrative/office experience
- Hands-on person with initiative, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Responsible team member and adaptable to changes
- Resourceful and meticulous
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Digitally savvy including proficient in Microsoft Office
