Administration Executive

Job Description


  • Liaise with Landlords on building management
  • Negotiate for best rates, review/award contracts for suppliers on vendor management
  • Perform three-way matching i.e. purchase order, goods receipt and invoicing
  • Support facial recognition/access card processing
  • Involve in mailroom operations and update of standard operating procedures
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor


  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • 3 years of administrative/office experience
  • Hands-on person with initiative, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Responsible team member and adaptable to changes
  • Resourceful and meticulous
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Digitally savvy including proficient in Microsoft Office
