Assistant Manager/Manager (Operations)


·       You will oversee the daily policy processing of Life Insurance, unit trust and account opening forms.

·       You will liaise with the respective insurers to process commission payments to our financial advisers.

·       You will lead the team to ensure that the daily operations run efficiently and smoothly; this includes, but not limited to accurate data entry, timely revision of forms, close follow-ups with insurance partners and financial advisers on policy documentations, etc.

·       You will be involved in the continuous efforts in business process and system enhancements by taking the initiative to review and gather feedback from users, and to propose for improvements.

·       You will be assigned any adhoc tasks as and when necessary.



  • Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline
  • Knowledge or operations experience in insurance/wealth management will be an advantage.
  • Process-oriented and service-oriented
  • Able to guide and lead a team of young executives
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and good with follow-throughs
  • Proactive and take initiatives
