Business Analyst (FinTech)

You are responsible to gather, analyse and formalize user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate the feasibility of implementation and manage the scope of projects. You will also help to manage and implement quality IT projects that are within the scope and ensure timely deliverables that conform to processes and standards. Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and complex products.
  • Routinely collaborate with UX, IT team and product owner on multiple issues and decisions.
  • Author product requirements, flow documents and use cases and work across e-Business, Development team to ensure complete solutions are architected to cover Business needs and requirements.
  • Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
  • Coordinate & assist in User Acceptance Test (UAT) & IT Implementation Activities.
  • Conduct System Demos and provide Training and Testing Supports.
  • Identify and propose suitable IT solutions to business requirements, taking into consideration risk and costs.
  • Engage frequently (80%) with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
  • Provide level 1 support to Customer Experience Unit & Trading Representative.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • A recognized professional qualification in Project Management, Business Analysis or Information Systems will be advantageous
  • Possess working knowledge of SDLC project methodology (Agile & Waterfall) with at least one full cycle implementation preferred
  • Able to work independently and multi-task effectively, managing several projects concurrently
  • Knowledge of Equity Trading will be advantageous
