Business Process Executive (Insurance Distribution)


  • You will handle the daily policy processing of Life Insurance, unit trust and account opening forms.
  • You will liaise with the respective insurers to process commission payments to our financial advisers.
  • You will work together as a team to ensure that the daily operations run efficiently and smoothly; this includes, but not limited to accurate data entry, timely revision of forms, close follow-ups with insurance partners and financial advisers on policy documentations, etc.
  • You will be involved in the continuous efforts in business process and system enhancements by taking the initiative to review and gather feedback from users, and to propose for improvements.
  • You will be assigned any adhoc tasks as and when necessary.


  • Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline
  • Knowledge or operations experience in insurance/wealth management will be an advantage.
  • Process-oriented and service-oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and good with follow-throughs
  • Proactive and take initiatives
