Client Service Executive (PSPL)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the company business process by retrieving and updating corporate action information for online trading markets on daily basis.
  • Manage the processing of market live price approval on daily basis.
  • Provide the first line of support to clients’ and Trading Representatives’ email enquiries including questions about account status, password reset.
  • Manage the processing of all online and manual reward subscription.
  • Carry out administration duties when required, including dispatching of Pin Mailers to external clients.
  • Carry out monthly data reporting to various exchanges for market data feed.
  • Proactively propose on process improvement by automating various manual processing tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline.
  • No experience required for entry level.
  • Bilingual and proficient in both languages (English and Chinese).
  • Must have office computer skills like MS Excel, MS Words.
  • A committed, and confident team player with the ability to respond positively to client’s request for assistance.
  • Result oriented, self-driven and ability work independently in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision.
