Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within the team, or BUs to develop, plan, and execute live and recorded projects from concept to completion.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery for live productions and recorded content.
- Oversee scriptwriting and script development, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and aligns with the project’s objectives.
- Coordinate and invite guests, or experts for recorded interviews.
- Conduct content research to gather relevant information, statistics, and facts to enhance the quality and credibility of our productions.
- Procure necessary equipment or materials required for successful production.
- Handle studio bookings, including scheduling, equipment setup, and logistics coordination.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners.
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, freelancers, and suppliers.
- Provide creative input and problem-solving throughout project lifecycles.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Handle any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.
- Assist in developing and implementing production strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate within the team to promote and distribute finished products.
Qualifications:
- NITEC / Diploma in a related field (e.g., Film Production, Media Studies, Communications).
- Proven experience as a Producer in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of industry-standard equipment and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
