Content Producer (PYTCH Media)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within the team, or BUs to develop, plan, and execute live and recorded projects from concept to completion.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery for live productions and recorded content.
  • Oversee scriptwriting and script development, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and aligns with the project’s objectives.
  • Coordinate and invite guests, or experts for recorded interviews.
  • Conduct content research to gather relevant information, statistics, and facts to enhance the quality and credibility of our productions.
  • Procure necessary equipment or materials required for successful production.
  • Handle studio bookings, including scheduling, equipment setup, and logistics coordination.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners.
  • Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, freelancers, and suppliers.
  • Provide creative input and problem-solving throughout project lifecycles.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Handle any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Assist in developing and implementing production strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate within the team to promote and distribute finished products.

Qualifications:

  •  NITEC / Diploma in a related field (e.g., Film Production, Media Studies, Communications).
  • Proven experience as a Producer in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard equipment and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
