We are seeking an outgoing and customer service-oriented colleague to join our team and work with our business partners (Financial Advisory Firms and their representatives and External Asset Managers, local or overseas). You will be responsible for meeting with existing and new business partners, educating them about our services, and guiding them so that they can provide the most suitable advice/service to their own clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and cultivate win-win relationships with business partners
- Understand the problems and challenges of business partners and work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement measures to address them.
- Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the team
- Conduct presentations and trainings on our solutions
- Seek opportunities to cross sell solutions from the group of companies
- Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities
- Negotiate, draft and review contractual agreements.
- Set revenue targets and develop and execute a strategy to meet them
Requirements
- Polytechnic and above in any field.
- Fresh graduate can apply.
- Strong passion to make a difference for our partners.
