Responsibilities:

  • Handle queries and provide customer support to our contractual Representatives (Trading Representatives and Financial Advisor)
  • Provide user requirement specifications and act as coordinator for system enhancement
  • Ensure smooth transaction of daily incoming and outgoing payment for Telegraphic Transfer
  • Ensure compliance with rules and regulations
  • Provide administrative support for our contractual Representatives
  • Handle services support and various operational tasks such as email announcements, cheque dispatches, and ad-hoc duties.
  • Projects or events coordination

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Willing to learn and pick up new skills
  • Experience in back office operations
