Responsibilities:
- Handle queries and provide customer support to our contractual Representatives (Trading Representatives and Financial Advisor)
- Provide user requirement specifications and act as coordinator for system enhancement
- Ensure smooth transaction of daily incoming and outgoing payment for Telegraphic Transfer
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Provide administrative support for our contractual Representatives
- Handle services support and various operational tasks such as email announcements, cheque dispatches, and ad-hoc duties.
- Projects or events coordination
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Willing to learn and pick up new skills
- Experience in back office operations
