Project Scope and Duties:
- Gain knowledge in Customer Journey from implementation to adoption to retention
- Work closely with marketing team to understand the customer needs and challenges
- Identify gaps in the existing customer journey and provide suggestions
- Provide support in project management of various initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Possess knowledge and/or experience in Project Management
- Possess an inquisitive and process-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills
