Intern, Middle Office

Project Scope and Duties:

• Automate and streamline processes with prevalent technologies (e.g. UiPath)
• Handle daily submissions
• Update the FAME system user guides
• Assist with calls with regards to basic FAME technical support
• To propose process improvements where necessary

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Knowledge and/or experience with automation tools e.g. UiPath, MS Excel (VBA), Python
• Possess a positive learning attitude, organised and systematic
• Possess good interpersonal skills
