What You Will Be Working On:
Phillip first trading Chatbot in Poems Mobile 3 will allow clients to ask any questions related to trading and investment. As a Chatbot Support Executive, you will need to assist the Chatbot if clients are unable to receive a satisfactory response and provide feedback to the team on areas of improvement. In addition, you will need to focus on the trading related response by the Chatbot to ensure the end-to-end trading/investment journey from user’s experience is holistically reviewed. User profiling and understanding the factors to make the trade are critical considerations pertaining to the improvement of the Chatbot.
In This Role, You Will:
- Engage stakeholders to gather feedback
- Support the phrase two roadmap for Phillip chatbot
- Competitor research on other financial chatbot

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business economics, Finance or Innovation & Entrepreneurship
- A strong interest in improving client experience and a desire to gain experience in modernizing end-to-end trading experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate the desire outcome to the vendor.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of trading experience & strategies, presentation skills.
