Responsibilities:
• Handle queries and provide customer support to our Remisier/ Financial Advisory Representative/ Mobile Sales Force Team with regards to Settlement issue (foreign shares and local)
• Provide user requirement specifications and act as coordinator for system enhancement
• Ensure smooth transaction of daily incoming and outgoing payment and receipt
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• Provide administrative support for our backroom operations
Requirements:
• A recognised degree in any field
• Good team player
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Willing to learn and pick up new skills
• Candidates with experience in back office operations will be an advantage
• Candidates without working experience are welcome to apply
• Candidates with immediate availability or require short notice are preferred
