What You Will Be Working On:
As a Senior Executive for Business Process Automation, you will play a key role in identifying inefficiencies in our current systems and processes, support the development and implementation of automation solutions and helping to automate and improve business processes through the use of information technology (IT).
In This Role:
Your contributions will help streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall productivity, driving better outcomes for the company.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with relevant Teams to understand existing processes, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Analyse Existing Business Processes: Study current insurance operations, workflows, and systems to identify areas that can benefit from automation (e.g., policy processing, claims management, customer service).
- Support Process Reengineering: Assist in redesigning and automating workflows to eliminate redundancies, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Assist in System Implementation: Work with the IT team to implement automation tools or software, monitor progress, and assess the impact of new technologies on business processes.

- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- Interest in IT Automation: A strong interest in leveraging technology to improve business processes, operational efficiency and a desire to gain experience in modernising systems/ business processes.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in documenting processes, tracking automation progress, and ensuring accuracy in system integration.
- Collaborative and Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and management.
- Familiarity with Automation Tools and Technologies (Preferred): Knowledge of process automation platforms, robotic process automation (RPA), or experience with coding and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, or other automation tools) is a plus.
