Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Officer, Workplace Management to support office operations and ensure a seamless workplace experience. This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and a customer-centric approach to support all stakeholders effectively.
What You will Be Working On
- Streamline Workplace Management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Source, evaluate and manage vendors for workplace services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
- Provide backup support for reception duties and handle requests from the Workplace Management mailbox when needed
- Ensure prompt resolution of fault repairs, emergencies and workplace related issues with minimal disruption
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with payment processing, procurement tasks and evaluate tender bids
- Assist with compliance and risk assessments for workplace-related activities
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned
What We are Looking for
- Diploma in any discipline, with 2 or more years of experience
- Hands-on, initiative-driven and positive attitude
- Independent, resourceful, adaptable and meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT systems
- Excellent organisation, time management and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach
- Savvy with numbers and data management
