Digital Community and Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in driving and growing website/platform traffic and sales volume (AUC); and revenue generated through digital marketing.
  • Plan and implement website/platform facelifts and ongoing enhancements.
  • Ensure website/platforms have minimal downtime and user experience is improved through system enhancements; also ensure product information is up to date.
  • Coordinate outreach activities like educational seminars/webinars for end-clients, and market updates and trainings for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and grow online community; and increase overall brand/product awareness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum (equivalent) degree level, preferably from Business/Marketing/IT field
  • Candidates who have prior design experience using Canva or have project management experience preferred
  • Innovative with good problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous, systematic and organised with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated and able to work independently
