Responsibilities:
- Put the soft skills of interns to test by handling the calls of representatives and answering some of procedural questions.
- Learn on how the Regulations and Guidelines is applied in real financial world by partake in the client onboarding and account maintenance processes.
- Be the “consultant” and attach to staff and learn from them on the ground. Subsequently, propose the changes will assist with efficiencies in servicing the representatives.
- Interns with technical background can grow their portfolio by building RPA automation workflows and see how the workflow continues to be in use for the department after they left.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree from any discipline may apply. Business and Computer Science preferred.
- Meticulous
- Adept at structuring and delivering messages logically and effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interest in financial markets
- Self-motivated and discipline
- Ability to code (such as Uipath, Powerautomate, Visual Basic, Java, Python, C++ etc) is an advantage
