Executive, Business Development Executive (Productivity)

At Phillip Securities, we’re growing one of the most dynamic Financial Advisory and Trading Representative forces in Singapore. To support this growth, we’re looking for a Productivity Executive to help drive business initiatives, raise productivity, and build a highly competent advisory salesforce.

Job Description:

• Plan and execute business activities, projects, sales campaigns, and roadshows to boost performance
• Work with the Training team to plan trainings and monthly meetings for Representatives
• Partner with product providers to design campaigns, product bundling, and strategic initiatives
• Enhance platforms like CRM so our sales teams can leverage technology for greater efficiency and client service

What we’re looking for:

• Degree holder with relevant certifications (M5, M6, M8, M9, HI)
• Solid knowledge of FAA, MAS Notices, and industry guidelines
• Experience in Life Insurance, Financial Advisory, or Banking is a plus
• Professional qualifications (AFP, CFP, ChFC, CFA) are advantageous
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and interpersonal leadership qualities
