Intern, Business Analyst (Phillip Nova)

Are you an IT or Business-focused undergraduate looking to gain hands-on experience in both technology and business analysis? Join us as an IT & Business Analysis Intern and gain exposure to real-world projects that combine technical and analytical skills.

What you’ll do:

  • IT Support & Development: Contribute to ongoing software development projects, assist in system administration, and support troubleshooting efforts.
  • Business Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, create process maps, and help develop IT solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with both technical teams and business leaders to bridge gaps and ensure seamless communication between IT and business sides.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Help prepare clear, concise documentation and reports to communicate project progress, technical issues, and business insights.

What we’re looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or related program.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for technology and business improvement.
  • Basic programming skills (e.g. Python, Java, SQL, etc) are preferred
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking or other process improvement frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
