Intern, Automation (Human Capital)

What You Will Be Working On:
As an Automation Intern in Human Capital, you will value-add to the team by improving operational efficiency and engagement through Robotic Process Automation (RPA), agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI), and data-driven tools. Working on various hands-on automation projects, you will see tangible results and meaningful impact of your efforts.

In This Role, You Will:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath, M365 Co-pilot, and/or other automation tools.
• Analyse current processes and explore new opportunities to translate business and/or operational requirements into automation solutions
• Prepare Process Design Document (PDD) and other documentation as needed
• Troubleshoot and enhance automation workflows to ensure efficient operation
• Ensure all automations follow best practices for scalability and maintainability

What We Are Looking For:

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiar with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders across different teams as needed
