Intern, Business Development (Insurance Distribution)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Summer Intern to support our Business Development team in driving growth initiatives within the Life Insurance division. This internship offers exposure to strategic projects, product development, and client engagement in the life insurance segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in market research and competitor analysis for life insurance solutions
• Support the team in curating insurance products and preparing product comparison reports
• Organize and coordinate training sessions and webinars for financial advisers
• Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives, including preparing presentation decks and sales materials
• Assist in data analysis and reporting on sales performance and incentive tracking
• Participate in process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong interest in wealth management, insurance, and financial markets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Prior internship or exposure to financial services is a plus but not required.
