Intern, Marketing (Investment Solutions)

Purpose

Grow POEMS UT traffic, AUC, and engagement by executing non‑BAU content sprints, UX research, and campaign support adapted from ISD’s UT Marketing & Digital Community JD frameworks.

Scope & Deliverables

  • Run weekly content sprints (explainers, visuals); A/B test copy/creative to lift CTR and dwell time; deliver a content calendar + KPI dashboard.
  • Map customer journeys; benchmark fintech competitors; document page‑facelift and data‑fidelity recommendations (Morningstar/Lipper).
  • Support UT/MA webinars and EDMs; curate fund‑house materials and post‑event analytics for advisor enablement.
  • Refresh placemats/fact sheets/posters; maintain MyWealth/MA pages monthly.

Mentorship

  • UT Marketing lead/MarComs; weekly editorial reviews and campaign retros.

Requirements

  • Undergrad in Marketing/Communications/Business/Design.
  • Strong writing & visual storytelling; familiarity with SEO/SEM and Canva/Adobe.
  • Data‑curious (UTM, GA).
