Intern, Business Development (Phillip Investor Centre)

Role Overview

The Business Development (Marketing) team at Phillip Investor Centre (PIC) drives client engagement, brand visibility, and partnership growth across our 9 branches in Singapore. We connect finance with community through campaigns, collaborations, and experiences that make wealth management relatable and human.

As a Business Development (Marketing) Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to real marketing and outreach initiatives that shape the way clients and the public experience Phillip Investor Centre. You will work closely with the marketing lead, branch representatives, and creative partners to bring campaigns, events, and content to life both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Project Support

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal teams and branches to ensure consistent campaign rollout and brand alignment.

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

  • Support the development of marketing materials including posters, EDMs, social media posts, and video content.
  • Conduct market and social media research to identify trends, competitor activities, and engagement opportunities.

Event Coordination

  • Provide logistical support for client seminars, community outreach programmes, and corporate partnership events.
  • Assist in event registration, set-up, and post-event reporting.

Business Development Support

  • Help track and organise campaign leads and client engagement data.
  • Assist in preparing marketing performance reports, dashboards, and presentation decks.

What we are looking for?

We welcome interns who are creative, resourceful, and eager to learn. You don’t need to know everything, just bring your energy, curiosity, and willingness to grow. Having some of the following will help you succeed with our team:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in finance, marketing, and community engagement.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with design or content tools is a plus.
  • A self-starter with strong attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
