Product Manager – Tokenized Assets & Digital Markets

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead and support the development, launch, and scaling of tokenized asset products, with a focus on asset tokenization, digital asset market-making enablement, and external stakeholder onboarding. This role sits at the intersection of technology, legal/compliance, and operations, requiring strong execution skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Asset Tokenization Product Management

  • Own and manage product requirements for asset tokenization initiatives (e.g., tokenized funds or securities).
  • Coordinate closely with legal, compliance, technology, and operations teams to ensure products are compliant, scalable, and production-ready.
  • Define and document end-to-end workflows, including issuance, lifecycle management, settlement, and reporting.
  • Translate regulatory and legal constraints into clear product and technical requirements.

2. Digital Assets Market Making Support

  • Support the development of proof-of-concept (PoC) platforms and automation tools for digital asset market making.
  • Work with engineering and quantitative teams to define product specifications, workflows, and integration points.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability across market-making operations.

3. External Marketing & Counterparty Enablement

  • Support external marketing and communication efforts related to tokenized money market funds (MMFs) and related products.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and business development teams to create product documentation, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
  • Support counterparty and exchange onboarding, including coordination of technical, operational, and compliance requirements.

4. AI-Enabled Product Development & Front-End Prototyping

  • Leverage AI tools (including LLMs and agentic workflows) to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, and execution.
  • Generate and iterate on front-end interfaces for internal tools and proof-of-concept platforms using modern, AI-assisted development workflows (“vibe coding”).
  • Partner with engineering teams to translate AI-generated prototypes into production-ready solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve operational workflows, onboarding, and market-making processes.

Qualifications:

Required

  •  Strong process-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving legal, compliance, and technology teams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially for explaining technical or structured products to internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Technical background or strong technical fluency (e.g., experience working closely with engineering teams, APIs, automation, or digital asset platforms).
  • Basic understanding of blockchain and digital asset infrastructure, including concepts such as tokenization, smart contracts, wallets/custody, and on-chain vs off-chain workflows.
  • Prior experience in digital assets, tokenization, capital markets, or financial infrastructure products.
  • Hands-on experience working with LLMs and AI-powered development tools, including prompt design, agent-based workflows, and AI-assisted coding.
  • Ability to generate and iterate on front-end components or lightweight applications, either independently or in close collaboration with engineers.
