Investment Associate – Digital Enablement & Automation (Career Conversion Programme)

In this role, you will support clients’ financial goals, enhance internal processes through automation, and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality financial solutions. Whether in a client-facing or support capacity, you’ll be part of a team that values innovation, service excellence, and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire, engage, and manage client relationships with professionalism and care.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews and provide tailored financial recommendations.
  • Leverage automation tools, low‑code/no‑code platforms, AI tools, or scripting solutions to enhance business development, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Provide timely and accurate support across daily operations, documentation, and compliance matters.
  • Drive digital enablement initiatives by identifying manual processes and proposing automation opportunities across sales, reporting, and operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to redesign workflows, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall operational efficiency through digital solutions, ensuring smooth and seamless client experiences.
  • Uphold regulatory and compliance standards while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience; either in financial services, operations, or process automation is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of process automation, low‑code/no‑code tools (e.g., UIPath, CoPilot Studio), scripting, or AI‑powered productivity tools.
  • CMFAS certifications (M5, M6, M8, M9, HI) are beneficial.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and team‑oriented mindset.
