Business Development Executive/Manager (Reps Engagement Team)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and technology-driven Business Development Executive to join our Reps Engagement Team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy improving processes, leveraging technology, supporting business growth, and working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

You will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, driving automation initiatives, supporting salesforce productivity, and contributing to the continuous development of our advisory business.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes using tools such as UiPath, AI solutions, and other automation technologies.
  • Engage internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand business challenges, and recommend innovative process improvements.
  • Gather, document, and manage user requirements for system enhancements and digital initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technology teams to facilitate process automation.

Operations & Business Support

  • Manage and process daily processes (TT Transfer, Change of Advisor process), with a focus on process optimization and automation.
  • Ensure all operational activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance standards.
  • Provide operational support, including handling email communications, cheque dispatches, documentation, and administrative matters.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns, business initiatives, and engagement activities.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate and support business projects, corporate events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product teams, sales teams, and external partners to improve business processes.
  • Enhance process platforms and digital tools to help our representatives leverage technology more effectively in serving clients and growing their business.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • A recognised Degree in any discipline.
  • Strong interest in business process improvement, digital transformation, and automation.
  • Knowledge of automation tools, AI applications, robotic process automation (RPA), or basic coding is preferred.
  • Experience in Financial Advisory, Life Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, or related financial services industries is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
