About CyberQuote
CyberQuote Pte Ltd is an ISO 27001-certified Singapore company with over 20 years of experience across Southeast Asia, operating at the intersection of financial education, technology, and cybersecurity. We deliver IBF-accredited financial training and CPD/CEP courses (including programmes developed with the Singapore Exchange), alongside cybersecurity solutions such as vulnerability assessments and threat prevention services. Our mission is to empower individuals and organisations with practical knowledge, professional skills, and trusted solutions across finance, cybersecurity, and digital innovation.
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Intern to support our Administration team in Singapore. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the day-to-day running of a growing regional company – from helping plan and co-host training events and webinars, to reviewing and improving how our internal operations run. You will work closely with the Head of Administration on ad hoc projects, gaining practical experience across event management, process improvement, and general office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of company events, workshops, and training sessions – including logistics, venue/vendor coordination, and run-of-show preparation.
- Co-host events and webinars, helping manage participant registration, on-site/online facilitation, and post-event follow-up.
- Observe current operational and administrative workflows, and propose practical improvements to increase efficiency.
- Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain up-to-date process guides.
- Work directly with the Head of Administration on ad hoc projects and initiatives across the business.
- Assist with day-to-day office administration, including procurement, inventory, and vendor liaison.
- Support scheduling, coordination, and preparation of materials for internal and external meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and trackers for events, projects, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with basic reporting on event outcomes and operational metrics for management review.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive mindset – comfortable spotting inefficiencies and suggesting practical improvements, not just following instructions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable liaising with vendors, colleagues, and event participants.
- Interest in event planning/management and in learning how business operations are run.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with event or project management tools is a plus.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively, with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship of 3–6 months, with occasional flexibility for event days.
What You’ll Gain
- Real, hands-on experience planning and co-hosting live events – not just observation.
- Direct mentorship and close working exposure with the Head of Administration on cross-functional projects.
- Practical experience identifying and proposing improvements to real operational workflows.
- A well-rounded introduction to how administration, events, and operations function within a growing regional company.
- A collaborative, supportive team environment in a central Singapore office (Raffles Place / Phillip Street area).
- Internship allowance, with the possibility of a full-time offer for strong performers upon graduation.
