What You’ll Do
As our IT Automation Intern, you’ll dig into the systems and workflows behind policy processing and customer service — then help us fix, streamline, and automate them. Think less busywork, more smart work.
- Team up with stakeholders across the business to spot pain points and opportunities
- Analyze existing processes to find where automation can make the biggest difference
- Re-engineer workflows — help redesign processes to cut redundancy and boost efficiency
- Build with IT — support the rollout of automation tools and track their real-world impact
What You Bring
No need to check every box — curiosity and drive go a long way.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Genuine interest in using tech to solve business problems
- Sharp communication skills — you can talk tech with techies and plain English with everyone else
- An eye for detail and a love of getting things right
- A team player who thrives working across departments
- Bonus points: experience with Power Automate, RPA, Python, SQL, or similar tools
