Intern, Investify Programme

About the Programme

Investify is PhillipCapital’s flagship annual investor event, bringing together clients, financial advisers and the public for a full day of market outlook sessions, strategy talks and exhibitor showcases. Planning and delivering Investify draws on content, logistics, marketing and on-the-ground coordination across multiple teams.

About the Role

We are looking for an intern to support the planning and delivery of this year’s Investify programme, working closely with the Co-CIO and cross-functional stakeholders from concept through to event-day execution.

What You Will Do

  • Support end-to-end programme planning — timelines, checklists, vendor and speaker coordination, and run-of-show documentation.
  • Help prepare event content, including presentation decks, speaker briefs and market outlook materials, in coordination with the investment team.
  • Assist with participant/attendee management: registration tracking, communications and on-the-day check-in support.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations and external vendors on collateral, signage, booth setup and logistics.
  • Support pre- and post-event communications, including invites, reminders and feedback collection.
  • Help track budgets, sponsorships/exhibitor bookings and attendance numbers.
  • Provide on-site support during the event, including registration, guest handling and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in compiling a post-event report covering attendance, feedback and lessons learnt for future editions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Undergraduate or penultimate/final-year student, any discipline; Finance, Business, Marketing or Communications background is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and comfort juggling multiple moving parts under deadlines.
  • Confident, personable communicator — comfortable liaising with vendors, speakers and attendees.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (slides, sheets, docs); design tool experience (Canva, PowerPoint) is a plus.
  • Interest in investments, wealth management or financial literacy events is an advantage.
  • Willing to work select evenings/weekends around the event date for setup and on-site support.

What You Will Gain

  • End-to-end experience running a large-scale client and investor event, from planning to execution.
  • Exposure to the investment content and market views presented at Investify.
  • Cross-functional experience working with investment, marketing and operations teams.
  • Direct mentorship from the Co-CIO on programme strategy and client engagement.
