Executive/Manager, Business Development (Reps Engagement Team)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Business Development Executive to join our Reps Engagement Team.

In this role, you will help improve business processes, support our sales representatives, and leverage technology and automation to enhance operations. You will also work closely with different departments to improve workflows and deliver a better experience for our representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process & Technology

• Review and improve business processes to enhance efficiency.
• Explore the use of AI, automation and digital tools to streamline daily operations.
• Gather user feedback and recommend system improvements.
• Work with internal teams to implement new systems and process enhancements.
• Ensure all processes are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support sales campaigns and representative engagement activities.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in business process improvement and automation.
• Knowledge of AI, automation tools or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an advantage.
• Experience in Financial Advisory, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management or a related industry is preferred.
