Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to strengthen our business growth initiatives. This role combines strategic exposure with operational involvement, offering the chance to work on partnership development, client acquisition, and cross-border support while also getting involved in the operational processes to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Alliances & Business Development
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with corporate partners, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand our presence in Singapore and beyond.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping to support decision-making.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Support client acquisition initiatives through outreach, events, and structured campaigns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term engagement.
- Serve as a point of contact to coordinate client needs with internal teams.
3. Operational Process & Support
- Work with internal teams to support the implementation of business development initiatives.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and tracking KPIs for management.
- Ensure operational workflows, documentation, and compliance requirements are properly managed.
4. Regional Exposure
- Support cross-border business development projects and operational initiatives.
- Gain experience in working across different markets and regions.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling operational tasks alongside strategic work.
- Self-starter with adaptability, resourcefulness, and a growth mindset.
- Knowledge and proficiency in basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA are preferred and advantageous.
