Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution Design, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, in-person, and hybrid channels to drive brand awareness, account acquisitions, app downloads, and product sales for POEMS Trading Platforms. Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle from conceptualization & refining/ realigning to post-campaign analysis.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment Partner with product teams, sales channels, and key stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and revenue targets. Facilitate cross-functional communication to optimize campaign effectiveness and resource allocation.
Event & Partnership Management Identify, evaluate, and secure participation opportunities in internal & external events, trade shows, and strategic partnerships. Lead (or assist) planning and execution of those events, customer engagement activities, and outreach initiatives to expand market presence.
Performance Analysis & Optimization Conduct comprehensive campaign performance analysis, tracking key metrics and ROI to inform future strategy. Perform post-event evaluations to measure success against objectives and identify areas for improvement.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to ensure POEMS marketing and branding remain competitive and relevant. Provide strategic insights to refine product positioning and marketing approaches.
Customer-Centric Marketing Analyse customer data and behavioural patterns to develop targeted, personalized marketing strategies. Create customer journey mapping and engagement programs that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any relevant field.
- At least 2 years of relevant and/or marketing experience is preferred., but Entry-level candidates with a strong portfolio and passion for marketing are welcome to apply!
- Already trading or investing in any financial products is preferred. preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin preferred.
- Good knowledge of website and marketing best practices
- Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools such as:
- SEO/SEM, Google Display Network (GDN), Facebook Ads
- Google Analytics, Mailchimp, WordPress, basic HTML
- Must be motivated, able to take initiative and work independently, while juggling multiple projects.
