Executive, Marketing (Global Markets Desk)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the full spectrum of local/regional marketing campaigns for greatest brand impact
  • To assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies to increase brand/ product awareness and drive conversions, using digital advertising channels such as SEM, GDN, Display, Programmatic, Social Media etc.
  • Coordinate and work collaboratively with Phillip’s regional office, internal multifunctional stakeholders and external partners to conceptualize, implement and execute marketing campaigns
  • Manage Chinese social media accounts – WeChat to generate good content and attract views
  • Write Chinese content / design infographic for Chinese social media channels /website
  • Translate marketing materials from English to Chinese
  • Engage KOLs for sponsored content and affiliate marketing
  • Optimize website traffic using SEO and ensure customer experience optimization
  • Initiate content creation and copywriting in management of social media calendar
  • Develop creative ideas, design and marketing collaterals using various design software
  • Execute marketing activities across various marketing channels such as social media, Google Ads, YouTube, Mailchimp, Moengage and more
  • Track, measure and evaluate data to conceptualize effective marketing initiatives and strategies
  • Monitoring and understanding content performance through insights and analytics
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns & activities
  • Proactive in driving digital performances by generating engagements, leads, and conversions
  • Coordinate and participate in promotions, marketing campaigns, and events to attract new customers, and perform post-analysis of marketing initiatives for tracking, analyzing and reporting purposes
  • Actively plan and execute company events and projects by organizing webinars, seminars, and roadshows
  • Manage internal website content and identify approaches and strategies to improve User Experience and User Interface
  • Conduct research and work closely with team to share findings on market and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in marketing or business;
  • 2-3 years of related experience in marketing or communications area and 1-2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing such as Social Media, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Display (GDN), Programmatic
  • Good command of English and Chinese and proficiency in copywriting for marketing collaterals
  • Familiar with graphic design and video production tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Experience with data analysis by using a variety of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and internal reporting tools
  • Identify marketing trends and insights using analytics tools not limited to Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Knowledge of performing keyword research and expansion for Search Engine Optimization as well as experience in the financial industry is a bonus
  • Able to work under pressure; experience in managing multiple projects and working in cross-functional teams
  • Up to date with industry news and latest trends in digital marketing
  • Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or its equivalent) is an added advantage
  • Knowledge and proficiency in basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA are preferred and advantageous.
