Executive, Middle Office (PNPL)

Phillip Nova, a leading financial brokerage firm, is seeking a Middle Office Executive to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our risk management framework across global trading sessions and ensuring the stability and integrity of our trading operations.

You will gain hands-on exposure to Futures, Options, Forex, CFDs, and Equities, while working closely with experienced professionals in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and enhancement of risk management policies, procedures, and controls.
• Perform pre-trade risk control setup and maintenance across multiple trading platforms and systems.
• Conduct post-trade monitoring of client accounts to ensure adherence to approved risk limits and internal policies.
• Prepare accurate, timely, and data-driven analytical reports to support management review and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate potential operational and market risks.
• Support and manage projects related to risk management systems, automation, and analytical tools.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Basic understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and securities is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Python programming is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on public holidays when required.
• Comfortable with rotating shifts.
• Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
