Executive, Operations (Equities)

Responsibilities:

• Handle queries and provide customer support to our Remisier/ Financial Advisory Representative/ Mobile Sales Force Team with regards to Corporate Action issue (foreign shares and local)
• Provide user requirement specifications and act as coordinator for system enhancement
• Ensure that corporate actions arise from securities under custody are acted upon in an accurate and timely manner in terms of notifying clients for voluntary corporate actions and processing of all corporate actions.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• Provide administrative support for our backroom operations

Requirements:

• A degree in any field
• Good team player
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Willing to learn and pick up new skills
• Candidates with experience in back office operations will be an advantage
• Candidates without working experience are welcome to apply
• Candidates with immediate availability or require short notice are preferred
