Key Responsibilities
- Process withdrawal requests and verify client details and funding
- Ensure timely debit/credit of customer funds
- Maintain client and static data in the back-office system
- Handle commission and rebate computations
- Support workflow improvements and system enhancements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance or related field
- 1–3 years of operations/back-office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge and proficiency in basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA are preferred and advantageous.
