About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Reps Engagement Team.
The intern will support the team in reviewing existing business processes and exploring how AI, automation and digital tools can be used to simplify daily work and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing processes and identify areas that can be simplified or improved.
- Assist in documenting current workflows and suggesting improvements.
- Explore simple ways to use AI, automation and digital tools to reduce manual work.
- Research and test suitable digital tools and AI solutions.
- Work with team members to identify repetitive tasks that can potentially be automated.
- Assist with implementing and testing simple process improvements.
- Prepare simple process guides and documentation where required.
- Support other ad hoc tasks related to process improvement and automation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Interested in technology, AI and process improvement.
- Willing to learn and explore new digital tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
