Project Scope and Duties:

• Gain knowledge in Customer Journey, Daily Scrum, and Agile Practices
• Assist in customer journey mapping rollout to other departments
• Generate and design electronic forms
• Generate and administer Whatsapp Community
• Provide support in project management of various initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Possess knowledge and/or experience in Project Management
• Interest in user requirement analysis and IT solutioning
• Possess an inquisitive and process-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills
