Intern, Business Analysis

Project Scope and Duties:

• Identify and analyze inefficiencies/ pain points in business operations and providing simple solutions or automation
• Document requirements to create User Stories
• Perform Project Management tasks for a new projects/updates using JIRA
• Assist in implementation while measuring and reporting success

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematical Sciences or equivalent
• Possess knowledge and/or experience in Project Management
• Interest in user requirement analysis and IT solutioning
• Possess an inquisitive and process-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills
