Intern, Business Development

Project Scope and Duties:

Intern will be required to support and assist BD managers while learning to increase the productivity of the salesforce through effective planning and implementation of new business initiatives such as roadshow, sales management, training, process change etc.

Intern is also required to assist BD manager in recruitment activities by engaging, interviewing and selecting high quality candidates who are keen to join as advisor.

Intern will assist BD executive while learning to manage the entire license application cycle from documentation to coordinating, as well as orientation, and administering onboarding procedures.

The ideal candidate should also enjoy interacting and communicating with people, and be able to develop and sustain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Possess an inquisitive and analytical mindset
• Excellent business acumen and ability to deliver projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess a positive learning attitude, organised and systematic
