Intern, Campaign Operations

Objective

To support ongoing campaign execution and operational tasks, allowing improved efficiency and delivery quality, while providing the intern with structured, hands-on learning aligned with graduation requirements.

Rationale for Internship Support

Current responsibilities involve frequent campaign execution, coordination, reporting, and follow-ups across multiple channels. These tasks are execution-heavy and time-sensitive, which limits capacity for deeper optimisation, planning, and process improvement. An intern will help absorb recurring operational workload, ensuring smoother execution and enabling better focus on strategic planning and analytical work.

Intern Scope & Business Contribution

1) Campaign Execution Support

  • Assist with campaign setup, scheduling, QA, and post-launch checks
  • Prepare basic content formatting and campaign materials
  • Track timelines and coordinate follow-ups
  • Performance Tracking
  • Compile campaign results and maintain reporting trackers
  • Monitor key engagement and conversion metrics
  • Content & Asset Management
  • Support content variations (subject lines, CTAs, headlines, body)
  • Organise and manage creative assets
  • Process Documentation
  • Document workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Assist in improving internal references and playbooks

2) Value to team

Reduces execution bottlenecks, improves turnaround time, and increases consistency and accuracy in campaign delivery.

3) Learning & Mentorship Commitment

  • To ensure meaningful development and graduation support, I will provide:
  • Hands-on exposure to end-to-end campaign lifecycle
  • Guided use of marketing tools and platforms
  • Regular check-ins, feedback, and coaching
