Intern, Client Engagement

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to support our Dealing team. This internship will provide an opportunity to assist in a range of activities related to seminars, client activation, and email communication, all while gaining exposure to the world of equities trading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and supporting client seminars/webinars on financial topics, including equities and other investment products.
• Assist in preparing slides for client seminars/webinars.
• Help with client activation and maintaining effective communication with clients via email.
• Help in gathering and analysing market data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Support the team with administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interest in financial markets, particularly equities, bonds, and margin products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients in both individual and group settings.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market movements and their potential impact on client portfolios.
• Attention to detail and a client-centric approach to provide excellent service.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
