What You Will Be Working On:
Join our Group Compliance team and contribute to shaping the future of compliance through technology. As a Compliance Analyst Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in understanding regulatory frameworks and exploring innovative solutions to enhance compliance processes. You will work closely with the team to brainstorm and assist in technological solutioning aimed at automating workflows and strengthening compliance controls.
In This Role, You Will:
- Analyze and understand the current compliance framework and processes.
- Build, refine and maintain templates and macros to support compliance reporting.
- Create VBA to automate repetitive reporting steps.
- Collaborate with Team Members to identify pain points and propose automation opportunities.
- Assist in developing manned and unmanned automation process, AI Agent Creation and testing technological solutions to improve compliance efficiency.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for compliance-related systems and tools.
- Explore AI-driven approaches for compliance monitoring and reporting.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
What We Are Looking For:
We value interns who bring curiosity, technical aptitude, and a passion for compliance innovation. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, familiarity with the following will help you succeed:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Basic coding skills (such as Python) for data analysis and automation tasks.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PowerQuery, PivotTables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with VBA and Macro.
- Interest or experience with AI tools or AI agent creation, building automation processes and emerging technologies in compliance.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
