What you will be working on:
You will join the Group Sustainability Office in Singapore, supporting a large regional institution with core businesses in Asset Management and Stockbroking. The role combines investment, sustainability and technology, with exposure to ESG research, regional governance, AI-enabled analytics, and ESG-integrated investment and risk management frameworks.
In this role, you will:
- Run ESG analytics: Process ESG reports using proprietary methods.
- Apply AI-enabled research: Manage, monitor and synthesize core ESG data.
- Support investment teams: Assist in ESG compliance reports.
- Support Group ESG Committee: Prepare materials, document and track action items.
- Contribute to reporting: Support the annual Sustainability Report in alignment with ISSB/TCFD and Industry Coordinate collection and validation of data.
- Deliver a strategic ESG project: Complete a thematic research project.
What we are looking for:
- Academic background: Penultimate or final-year Bachelor’s student in Finance, Business, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, or a related
- ESG and markets knowledge: Understanding of sustainable investing, corporate sustainability, ESG frameworks and basic financial markets concepts.
- Tech and AI fluency: Interest or experience with AI research tools.
- Analytical mindset: Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and analytical.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English, able to converse across diverse levels.
