Project Scope and Duties:

• Develop technical documentation for various IT projects, including but not limited to user manuals, system documentation, API documentation, and release notes
• Document IT processes, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations
• Work closely with technical experts, engineers, and developers to gather information and insights necessary for accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent
• Good understanding of flow charts
