Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support training and event operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in course logistics, participant management, and event coordination. You will assist in administrative tasks, learn about compliance processes, and gain exposure to digital tools and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Course Support
- Assist in updating registration lists and participant records.
- Help process enrolments on LMS platforms and prepare course runs.
- Support pre-course communications and dispatch of materials.
- Assist in closing classes (certificates, assessments, and records).
Event Coordination
- Help schedule webinars and seminars.
- Assist in preparing event pages and sending newsletters.
- Support dry runs and liaise with trainers/speakers for program details.
Automation & Digital Tools
- Learn and assist in basic AI/RPA initiatives for process improvement.
- Support testing and documentation for automation tools.
General Support
- Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in technology and automation is a plus.
