Management Associate (Phillip Securities)

Our Management Associate (MA) program aims to nurture future leaders passionate about driving innovation and digital transformation within the finance industry. At Phillip Securities, our back office is the heart of our operations where the nuts and bolts are done. As an MA, you will help in our transition into a Fintech organization. You will participate in projects aimed at process improvement, including the automation of workflows, and also contribute to developing new business process initiatives within the back office.

In your two years, you will be rotated to four core operation departments, gaining invaluable insights into the retail financial services industry. You will be given opportunities to collaborate with team members across all levels, from senior management to key stakeholders of products and platforms. Your journey is personalized to align with your unique skills and interests, with tailored rotations and even opportunities for potential overseas exposure.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will graduate into leadership roles such as Team Lead in an Operation function, Project Manager, or Global Deployment Specialist, based on your individual strengths and passions. Our ultimate goal is to equip you with the expertise to lead back office projects, drive change management efforts, and facilitate the global deployment of systems.
