Phillip Investor Centre is the branch network of Phillip Capital Group and is primarily responsible for helping individuals and families with their financial investment needs, be it wealth accumulation or protection. Phillip Investor Centre has the solution for everyone.

Building strong, personal relationships with our clients is a key component to our Partnership in Finance.

Our Marketing Associate will pursue this mission through:

  • Delivering unparalleled service and high quality customer experience
  • Assisting Branch Manager and sales staff in meeting or exceeding client’s needs

What you’ll do:

Equipped with the passion for helping clients, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively uncovering business opportunities during servicing
  • Organising and participating in branch events (seminars, webinars and roadshows)
  • Handling general administrative duties in branch

What you need to have:

  • A Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business, Banking & Finance, or Engineering
  • Meticulous
  • Basic understanding of the rules and regulations governing financial industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of the team in a branch while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Possess good spoken and written communication skills
  • Customer-oriented, with good Interpersonal skills
  • This is a 1-year contract role.
